Walking..

I wanted to start working out sooner than today, but due to some unforseen hiccups, I wasn’t able to. 

Today, I took a 1/2 hr of my lunch & walked the track upstairs.  I walked around 15 times.  It’s a debate on how many times around is a mile – it ranges from 10-14.  I have a pedometer somewhere at home, but I’m not sure exactly where.  I think I’ll try to find it later & bring it to work tomorrow & put an end to the speculation  :)

I’ve worked very hard on my eating habits.  When I went to the store, all I bought was veggies & fat free pretzels to snack on.  While at my aunts house last nite, I allowed myself a treat of 4 mini peppermint patties.  They were delicious!!  I enjoyed them more than I ever have..

2 more days til weigh-in.  I’m very nervous.  I’ve worked very hard on eating more healthily & consiously.  It has to be at least a pound, I’d think.  I plan to walk every day during my lunch & start working out at the gym again.  I have a year left on the membership – I should at least TRY to put it to some sort of use before than!
