Where I’m at now…

Right now, I’m trying to lose it. I’ve been buying lots of fruits & veggies (& actually eating them! Not just letting them sit in my fridge & go bad!). I hadn’t had chocolate (except 1 mini milky way on Thurs) since Sunday. It’s been fruits & veggies for snacks. Regular dinners, but earlier. However, today was our annual meeting at work & I may have overdone the sweet thing…
I started xenical yesterday – only taking once a day right now. Starting 2 a day tomorrow. I’ve started taking my metformin again also.
I’m drinking almost 100 ozs of water a day (I have a 44 oz cup from the movie theatre that I fill up 3x’s a day (although the last glass I usually only finish 1/2 of).
Since I started eating healthier this week & drinking water (like a fish!), I’m going to start walking next week. I have a gym membership (which I OBVIOUSLY don’t use often) that helped me lose the 50lbs for the wedding I was in 2 yrs ago. We also have a walking track at work. I’m off Monday, but am shooting to hit up the gym at some point during the day & then start walking on my lunches during the week while I’m at work. I probably won’t do both walking & the gym every day next week, but if I start slow the chances are better that the regimen will stick.
So, 328 tonite – maybe 326 next Friday nite? It’s a obtainable goal..keep your fingers crossed!
